In 1984, our SMB executive team co-founded BC Systems as BC Computers, Inc. in order to apply our experience and forward-thinking approach towards innovative – and affordable technology and general management solutions to the same problems and success barriers facing today’s SMBs.

Don Waters, President

Don’s technological proficiency and passion for IT systems stemmed from his early career in chemical manufacturing, following four years at Rutgers University as a chemistry major. This work exposed Don to emerging micro computers and their use in spectrophotometry. Eager to explore the powerful potential of these systems in the small business arena, in 1984 Don and his brother co-founded BC Computers, Inc. in order to turn management-level needs into functional specifications, and provide custom software solutions for small manufacturing businesses. Today, with more than 27 years of experience in ERP/MRP, software specification, database design, Delphi, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, and .NET, Don’s deep domain expertise in both traditional and web-based technologies is applied to all aspects of BC Systems, Inc. ERP product planning, implementation, installation, training, and on-going support.

Linda Sweet man-Waters, Vice President

Linda studied in Vienna, Austria at the Academy of Music and then returned to the US and made a career in music in the NY metropolitan area. Her travel to Europe, Asia and Australia have given her a great background in both music and multiple cultures that serve her well in her many roles with BC Systems, Inc. With the increasing globalization of our clients businesses, Linda's talents and experiences are invaluable to our business partners.

Michael T. Bucci, Chief Relationship Officer

Michael’s many years of experience in relationship management have given him a real strength in the consultative process that is so important to developing long-term business relationships. Michael's goal is always to make BC Systems a productive business partner for our clients and give us the opportunity to serve in a significant technological capacity. Michael has spent many years working for companies such as Mobil, Lever Brothers, Ocean Spray, Airwick and City Bank and holds an MBA in marketing from Rutgers University Garduate School of Business.
